I ordered two chicken shawarma’s, a fatoushe salad, 6 falafel, and a mango smoothie. Food was fresh and delicious. The staff were very kind and the restaurant space was very clean. Would highly recommend.
Stopped by yesterday after my doctors appointment: I enjoyed their amazing service, I was greeted with politeness by the two men and the woman (their mother) at the cash register was also very kind. Now with the food: 1. Small chicken shawarma wrap 10/10. 2. Baklava 1000/10. Their chicken is definitely the best in Orleans. You must check this amazing restaurant out if you’re in the area! I 100% recommend and I will definitely be stopping by there again soon!
Came in with my mom and we picked up 2 platters. HUGE PORTIONS HERE! Super good falafel platter !!! WOW !!, so much food. Their platters will feed you for DAYS. So much great flavours ! Fresh and clean store, super friendly service all around. Great experience and I’ve found my new shawarma spot !! Try this place! You won’t regret it !

Best Shawarma in Orleans? Best Shawarma in Ottawa? Best Shawarma in Canada ?BEST SHAWARMA OUTSIDE THE MIDDLE EAST. Crown Prince of Shawarma. This is no under statement. I’ve lived in Ottawa my whole life. I’ve tried it all. Nobody beats Grilled Shawarma. Osmows, Palace, Station, etc. They might as well close their restaurants. Grilled is infecting people faster than Covid. First: Their meat is cooked so well. Juicy and delicious just as you’d expect from a high end restaurant. Second: Always fresh vegetables. They must be getting their vegetables from Whole Foods or something. Always fresh. Tomatoes juicy. Other places are so lazy, old mushy vegetables. Grilled focuses on all the details. All the other points. Good Garlic Sauce. Good shakes. Good hours. Good staff. But what impressed me the most,,,, you will never believe this. They. Made. A. Perfect. Poutine. Never would I have said a Shawarma Restaurant has the best poutine, but they won. If you’re reading this review, stop, go get a shawarma from Grilled Shawarma.
Great food and great service, would recommend the chicken and beef is 10 out of 10. Best shawarma in Ottawa in my opinion.
Food portions are great, this place is basically a slightly cheaper and bit better shawarma palace. I would definitely recommend their plates. Their beef is very juicy and not over cooked with a good amount of seasoning.
This place is one of the best in Ottawa, easily beats Shawarma Palace. AZ is the man! 5/5 stars. Chicken is a must try!
